This is covered under the service agreement we enter into with you. We will gain the details of your pets medical history and your vets details. We will gain instructions from you regarding how you would want use to handle a medical emergency with your pets. We also provide a 24 hrs Emergency Pet Ambulance as part of our other services so we are ideally placed to deal with any medical emergency with your pets. We can administer medications to your pets also if required.
